Accounting for Churches and Charities

Church accounting is needful but pastors may be too busy with spiritual matters to bother themselves about it. Some may think it is not necessary for the progress of the church and others may feel it is a distraction from the work of God itself. God requires accounts from us as individuals, account for souls as pastors and account for resources as faithful stewards.

We have worked with few churches and rendered services ranging from Financial advice & filing, Audits, Writing up books, Balancing books, Bank Reconciliation, Financial statements, Software setup & training, Software implementation, Implementation retainer (monthly), Tax related issues, Management & systems advice.

We have recorded testimonies from churches we have worked with to install, reactivate or upgrade their accounts system. A church that had cash flow problems suddenly became buoyant; members started paying their tithes and responding to the needs of the church financially. A pastor discovered after going through financial statement we prepared that his church was not poor as he thought and decided to be more interested in financial decisions of the church.

Do you have a church accounts/admin staff? Is your church using any account software that cannot capture your membership data? Do you get periodic reports on church financial status like balance sheet, income &expenditure statement, accounts activity report, etc? If your answer is NO to any of the questions above then try this 2-in-1 software and you will thank God you did!

This initiative is my contribution to the gospel and a wake-up call to my pastor colleagues that their responsibility includes proper accountability of funds brought into God’s house.

The need for church management automation cannot be overemphasized given the era in which we live and the wealth of information that we need to keep track of and maintain to effectively and efficiently run the church. With just a few clicks you can access information about your membership, contributions, accounting, events and inventory (record keeping). With one program, you can manage all your information.

The membership system records information about every person in your congregation, allowing you to serve them better. Modules include family mailing list, personal profiles, activities & skills, attendance, visitations/follow-ups, etc.

Streamline Your Accounting Tasks

The accounting system is specially designed for churches/non-profit making organizations. This means that you do not have to adopt a commercial accounting system to track multiple funds. Produce a full range of professional accounting statements including the Balance sheet, Income & Expenditure statement, Trial Balance, Budget Reports, Payroll, Receivable and Payable.

Record Keeping

This module allows you to compile information on your church’s assets; Inventory, Music and Education library, and maintain a library of past sermons with their traceable Sermon notes location in a Sermon Filer.

This software is currently in use by over 26,000 churches. In Nigeria, The Redeemed Christian Church of God has joined the large family of satisfied users all over the world. Now your church also has the opportunity to join.

7 Counter-intuitive Things To Avoid When Building A Successful Business [and Personal Life]
Dear loved one,
These are 7 things you MUST avoid to successfully build your business and personal life

  1. Avoid Conflict – Conflict erodes peace. To be successful in business and in life, you need a healthy dose of peace constantly. Conflict drains energy and resources that can be better utilised profitably.

  1. Avoid Burnout – You are only as effective as your health. Take care of it. Health is wealth is a golden phrase. To achieve success in your life and business, you need to avoid burnout. Learn the very important skill of delegation and also learn to say NO.

  1. Avoid Rumours – Rumours are prolific time wasters. Whatever you cannot verify, don’t pass on and refrain from taking action based on rumoured facts.

  1. Avoid Busyness – Let productivity be your watchword. Be productive, don’t be busy.

  1. Avoid Lies – It takes so much effort, resources and even being a genius to keep up with lies. Even after all that, lies are bound to be exposed. Be a person of integrity and build your business on integrity.

  1. Avoid Scandals – This is applicable to both personal and business platforms. Be sensitive enough to protect your name and your business / brand image.

  1. Avoid Family disruptions – Many businesses collapse because the families attached to the business are challenged. This can be business owner’s families, employee’s families, partner’s families etc. Be intentional about building a happy home, and you’ll see amazing results both in your personal life and business.

Allah or the Lord Jesus Christ? …A Bit Scary

Share it now!

Worth reading for it is a question that needs answering.

Allah or the Lord Jesus Christ? …A Bit Scary

This is interesting and just a bit scary .The Muslim religion is the fastest growing religion per capita in the United States , Especially in the minority races!!!

Allah or The Lord Jesus Christ? … By Rick Mathes

Last month I attended my annual training session that’s required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs.

I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for Questions and Answers.

When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked: ‘Please, correct me if I’m wrong, but I understand that most Imams and Clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that’s the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?’

There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, ‘non-believers! ‘

I responded, ‘So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers Of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?’

The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of ‘a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.’

He sheepishly replied, ‘Yes.’

I then stated, ‘Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope Benedict commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!’

The Imam was speechless!

I continued, ‘I also have problem with being your ‘friend’ when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me!

Let me ask you a question. Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me?’

You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame.

Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the ‘Diversification’ training seminar were not happy with Rick’s way of dealing with the Islamic Imam and exposing the truth about the Muslims’ beliefs.

In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in the U.S. to elect the President! I think everyone in the U.S. should be required to read this, but with the liberal justice system, liberal media and the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized.

Please pass this on to all your e-mail contacts.

This is a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is a well-known leader In prison ministry.

The man who walks with God always gets to his destination. If you have a pulse you have a purpose.
